On June 25, Sandoval filed for a restraining order against Victoria. A hearing is set for July 16
Tom Sandoval appears to push his ex-girlfriend Victoria Robinson's father into a lit fire pit, in recently surfaced footage from the June 3 altercation.
In video obtained and reviewed by PEOPLE, the TV personality, 42, is shown in an altercation with Victoria and her father, J. Will Robinson. At one point, Will stands up from his chair and puts his hands in the air.
Sandoval then speculates that Victoria, who was sitting in a nearby chair, was recording the dispute. He walks up to her and shouts, "Are you recording me right now?" before he seemingly attempts to take her phone.
Will intervenes and pulls Sandoval away by his waist. Then Sandoval is seen shoving Will, causing him to flip over the lit fire pit. Will regains his balance and attempts to confront Sandoval, who has gone inside through a sliding door. Will follows him inside.
The footage, which was first published by TMZ, does not show what happened once both men were inside, but items are heard breaking and Victoria rushes inside yelling, "No!" as the video ends.

According to TMZ, the footage was taken on June 3, the same day Victoria was arrested on a charge of intimate partner battery with physical violence and released on bond.
On June 25, Sandoval filed a request for a domestic violence restraining order against Victoria. According to the court filing obtained by PEOPLE, he claimed she physically abused him by punching him in the face and injuring his neck and ear on June 3. He alleged the impact of her punch “was so forceful” that it caused him to suffer blurred vision and lasting pain.
The Vanderpump Rules alum also alleged that Victoria's father “lunged” at him “in his inebriated state” and punched an "approximately 12-inch hole" in a spare bedroom door in which Sandoval was "barricading" himself. In the filing against Victoria, Sandoval wrote that he was concurrently filing a domestic violence restraining order against her father.

In his declaration, Sandoval alleged that throughout their relationship, which began in 2024, Victoria displayed abusive behavior by “punching my face, striking my neck, throwing a full Gatorade bottle at me, verbally assaulting me.”
He also alleged that she would access and change his phone and social media passwords without his knowledge, and that she would track him with an AirTag. Sandoval accused Robinson of “spreading falsities” about him online and “deleting evidence of her abuse on my phone.”
PEOPLE has reached out to Sandoval and Robinson for comment.
In the legal filing, Sandoval described what he says happened the night of June 3. He said he and Victoria were out at a bar and arrived home around 2:00 a.m. where Will was allegedly "visibly intoxicated."
Sandoval claimed that during an argument with Victoria, he noticed that she "appeared to be surreptitiously recording me on her phone, to which I did not consent. I asked her if she was recording me while I tried to reach for her phone to confirm my suspicion."
Sandoval claimed that's when Will "lunged" at him and "grabbed" his arms and shoulders.
"Feeling trapped and violated, I pushed Mr. Robinson away from me in order to protect myself and create distance, which caused him to fall. Mr. Robinson was the first person to put his hands on me," Sandoval wrote in his declaration. "At no point did I pursue Mr. Robinson."
A hearing on the restraining order has been set for July 16, according to a filing obtained by PEOPLE.
