Gwyneth Paltrow has long been a fan of keeping her routine streamlined, and the Goop Beauty Microderm Body Polish is proof. The two-in-one formula — which is currently discounted during Amazon's Summer Beauty Event — is one of the first products she reaches for in the shower, setting the foundation for the pared-down routine she shared in her "everything shower" breakdown on Goop. There, she explained how this "two-in-one trick" helps her focus on fewer, high-performing steps that make a bigger impact.

The formula functions as both a cleanser and an exfoliator — and that combination matters more than it sounds. Cleansing helps remove sweat, oil and daily buildup sitting on the surface of the skin, while exfoliation goes a step further by lifting away dead skin cells that can make skin feel rough or look dull. Combining the two in one step means you’re addressing both every time you shower, which helps keep skin clearer, softer and more even-feeling overall.

Meghan Markle Swears by This Viral Rice Polish on Amazon for ‘Really Subtle Exfoliation’

As far as exfoliation, this body polish is thorough without feeling aggressive. Finely milled mineral particles work across the skin to loosen and lift dead skin cells, buildup and residue from things like sunscreen or self-tanner. As it's massaged, you'll feel it actively smoothing the texture in real time (you know, that slightly gritty, satisfying polish that leaves skin immediately softer once rinsed). With consistent use, that surface-level smoothing adds up, helping skin look more even and less dull over time.

The texture plays a major role in its performance. It has a creamy, dense base that spreads easily over damp skin, allowing the exfoliating particles to glide instead of drag. That cushion keeps it from feeling harsh, even if you spend a little extra time working it into rougher areas. It rinses clean without leaving behind a heavy film, but it also doesn’t strip the skin, so you’re left with a balanced, comfortable finish rather than tightness.

One Amazon shopper who called the polish "incredible" said it leaves "skin feeling so soft," while another deemed it the "best scrub ever."

- As 23-year-old liberal Adam Mockler gesticulated his point, Jennings shouted, “Get your f---ing hand out of my face.”

- The two continued their war of words on social media on Friday morning.

There’s nothing like live TV — just ask Bill O’Reilly.

CNN’s *NewsNight With Abby Phillip* debated the ongoing Iran war on Thursday, with a bipartisan panel featuring conservative pundit Scott Jennings and 23-year-old liberal commentator Adam Mockler.

Within minutes, the 48-year-old former special assistant to President George W. Bush melted down into an F-bomb tirade.

The hot topic turned heated after Kat Abughazaleh, a 27-year-old Democratic politician, insisted the U.S. was “the aggressor” because “we launched this war.”

Jennings took exception, asking if she had any knowledge of American history “before the last eight weeks” when the U.S. and Israel coordinated airstrikes on Iran on Feb. 28. “They’ve been at war with us for 47 years,” he told Abughazaleh across the table.

Seated next to him, Mockler jumped into the conversation.

“We all know that Scott Jennings is more than happy to defend a war with a country that starts with the letters ‘I, R, A,’ that we are currently failing, that is going to put us trillions and trillions of dollars in debt,” Mockler said. “I was only a few years old when you were in the administration defending prior endless wars. Now this war is failing.”

Jennings mocked his opponent’s intelligence, suggesting to Mockler if “eight weeks is endless” then he must “have the attention span of a gnat.”

Mockler reminded him the two had debated the same issue in March and Jennings predicted the conflict would end “in weeks.” Now, he added, “you’re making condescending remarks because you can’t defend the fact that this war is not going your way.”

The Gen Z commentator gesticulated his point, as he asked Jennings to “name one political concession” — but instead he deflected.

“Get your f---ing hand out of my face,” snapped Jennings, pointing his own finger at Mockler.

It was at this point *NewsNight* host Abby Phillip stepped in to calm down her guest.

“I’m not going to have this guy’s hand in my face,” Jennings continued.

“We’re having a debate,” she reminded him. “You can respond to the points he’s making or not.”

Jennings did eventually, just not to Mockler’s standards. “So you can’t answer the question, thank you.”

The two continued their war of words over social media on Friday.

“MAGA beta male with low emotional control and high cortisol CRASHES OUT on young man preoccupied with war,” Mockler captioned a video of the viral exchange on X.

Jennings doubled down on his “all of U.S. history just began 8 weeks ago” stance with a 19-second clip that only showed him debating with Abughazaleh. “Took you 12 hours to edit out your meltdown,” Mockler replied.

This isn’t the first time Jennings has made headlines for his debate style against a much younger liberal pundit.

In November, he verbally sparred with 25-year-old *Young Americans* host Dylan Douglas over SNAP benefits and Affordable Care Act tax credits policies on another live CNN panel.

Afterward, a tabloid report claimed his famous parents, Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones, were “boycotting” CNN, which they denied to* *.

“The rumor that Catherine and Michael are boycotting CNN is news to them,” a representative for Zeta-Jones said. “They support accurate reporting, which this rumor isn’t.”

Fox News Digital confirmed Sheets died by suicide at 67.

Sheets was pronounced dead at the scene, and his death is still under active investigation.

"Storage Wars" star Laura Dotson said Sheets was "terrified for his life" in the years before his death due to alleged cyberbullying.

"His family told us that this has been happening for three years," Dotson, who appears on the show with her husband, Dan Dotson, told Us Weekly. "[It happens to] even strong men that you think aren’t gonna get their feelings hurt. Cyberbullying is a real thing. This made him feel less than, and it really obviously bothered him.

TV personality Darrell Sheets has died at 67.

"He was terrified for his life [and] for the people around him. He didn’t know why he was being targeted."

Lake Havasu City Police Department public information officer Sergeant Kyle Ridgway confirmed that the accusations were being investigated.

"We are aware of these cyberbullying accusations, and that is a part of the active investigation," Ridgway told Fox News Digital.

Shortly after Sheets' death, "Storage Wars" co-star Rene Nezhoda uploaded a video to Instagram, claiming his friend was being cyberbullied online.

Darrell Sheets appeared on "Storage Wars" with his son, Brandon Sheets, who he shared with ex-wife Kimber Sheets.

"Darrell has been posting a lot about the guy that’s been cyberbullying him and tormenting him, and I really hope [law enforcement] look into that guy, and it’s just not a pass," Nezhoda said in the video.

Tina Knowles Recalls Taking Daughters Beyoncé and Solange to See a Therapist When They Were Children

NEED TO KNOW

  • Tina faced criticism from her family for seeking therapy, but believed it was crucial for her daughters' relationship

  • Beyoncé and Solange remain close today, which Tina credits to early therapy and continuing to break the stigma around mental health

Tina Knowlesis opening up about why she took her daughters,BeyoncéandSolange Knowles, to therapy when they were children to improve their sibling dynamic.

Tina, 72, appeared at the 2026 L.A. Times Festival of Books in Los Angeles on April 18. During her panel conversation, she was asked what it was like raising the two powerhouse musicians under one roof.

"Beyoncé was this little superstar at 7 or 8 years old," Tina recalled. "She was winning all these talent competitions. She had this little sister come along. I think she was like 11 then, and she was getting super, super popular. Her sister felt like everything was about her."

She added, "In all families, if any of you have kids with an age difference, especially two girls, they start kind of going apart at 10 because the older girl has her own friends. She don't want to be bothered with that little 5-year-old running around, getting all in her business and her things."

As Beyoncé, now 44, was the older sister, Tina noticed that she was getting "irritated" with Solange, now 39. Meanwhile, Solange didn't understand why their bond was changing.

"The more she didn't want her around, the more sad Solange became," Tina explained. "I wanted her to be sensitive to the fact that she was this little local star and that her sister had to deal with a whole bunch of stuff. ... I wanted them to be close."

Around this time, Tina had a client at her hair salon who was a therapist. She asked the client to recommend a child therapist who could help Beyoncé and Solange navigate their relationship.

"I took my kids to therapy, and my family did not like it," Tina recalled. "They were, especially in Black families, they were like, 'You gonna make those kids crazy.' It opened Beyoncé's eyes because she was like, 'This is my little sister. We're always gonna be close. I'm gonna take care of her and I'm not gonna let the age difference get between us.' "

"So, she was much kinder, and they've been close ever since," she added about how therapy helped Beyoncé and Solange. "Like, they could've gone in different directions, but I was so afraid of that, and I always wanted them to be close. And so even though it was way ahead of the curve with people with therapy, it was the best thing I could have done for them."

Even with the therapy having a positive impact on Tina's daughters, not everyone understood her decision.

"My husband at the time, he was like, 'They 5 and 10, like, or 11 and 6. What do they need to go to therapy for?' " she shared. "But it was the best thing, and it made them understand that it's okay not to be perfect, not to know how to do everything, that you need to talk to people. To this day, my kids grew up knowing that it was okay to have someone to talk to and to share things with and not to try to keep them bottled up inside."

Tina pointed out that it is no different than if you have heart disease. "You're gonna find a heart doctor to help you," she argued.

"It's the same with therapy," she continued. "I'm always shocked when people don't understand how important it is to have someone who knows how to deal with you during those rough times, during a breakup or whatever."

After Tina split from Mathew Knowles after 33 years of marriage — their divorce was finalized in 2011 — she recalled that she "was so sad and depressed."

However, when Tina tried to find some help to "get my self-esteem back," she had trouble finding a place that wasn't just for those in drug addiction recovery.

"You know, and I thank God for those places, but I just wanted to go somewhere where somebody could make me feel better about myself, and there was nothing available," she said. "Therapy is so, so important, guys. Even if it's just your support group from your church or some of your girlfriends that you get together and talk about what's going on with you and how you can heal from things, it's so important not to put a stigma on that. It really is."

Katherine Pierce was a staple of the *Vampire Diaries* universe. But at one point in the series, the writers had to fight to tell more of her story.

"We had to negotiate for the right to let Nina [Dobrev] play Katherine again because the season 2 Katherine [story] had really taken everything out of her and the network was being very protective," executive producer Julie Plec says about the show's fifth season during episode 5 of *EW's Binge: The Vampire Diaries*. "[The network] and studio were being very protective and they were like, 'You can't do that anymore, you can't have Katherine.'"

On an earlier episode of the podcast, Dobrev spoke about how exhausted she was at the end of season 2, the first season in which she played both Elena and Katherine in the present day. So when it came time to make Katherine human and even introduce a third Petrova doppelgänger, the writers had to get creative. "We had to basically beg the network to let us even write story for Katherine," Plec says, noting that "the triplegänger made the whole thing worth it."

Fans will remember that season 5 featured Katherine taking over Elena's body, which meant that for a good chunk of the season, Dobrev only had one character to play. And then, eventually, Katherine met her demise, a decision that also came about following those negotiations. "I literally think we had to say we'll kill her in order to get permission to use her," Plec recalls.

Additionally, during the podcast, Plec discusses the choice to have Bonnie (Kat Graham) and Damon (Ian Somerhalder) be the two characters who "die" together at the end of season 5, which led to a discussion about Bamon, the popular ship. "Bonnie and Damon had a thing in the books we had sort of always said, 'We don't buy a romantic connection between Bonnie and Damon because Damon's just done too many terrible things and Bonnie just has more integrity than that,'" Plec says. "But we wanted to service that relationship in the canon a little bit."
