In the new Kirill Sokolov-directed film, the pair fill out an ensemble that includes Beetz,Tom Felton,Patricia Arquetteand Paterson Joseph.

It follows the story of Asia (Beetz), who "must survive the night at the Virgil, a demonic cult's mysterious and twisted death-trap of a lair, before becoming their next offering," per a synopsis. She becomes embroiled with the cult members (including Graham's Sharon and Felton's Kevin) in a bloody battle across a nine-floor hotel inspired by Dante'sInferno.

The role required the "most amount of stunts" Graham has ever done before, she told PEOPLE.

Though Beetz —in her first lead movie role— had the most intense stunt training schedule of the cast, Graham also had to practice daily for the high-intensity role. "I mean, obviously [Beetz] has more, but I had to be there a few weeks early," theTwin Peaksactress said of filming the movie in Cape Town, South Africa. "I trained every day. It was hard, you know? It was hard."

"I was nervous because this was the most amount of stunts I've ever done," said Graham, "but I felt very excited at the end just to feel like, 'I love doing stunts.' It was kind of exciting. It's a little bit scary because you're just like, 'Oh my god, I hope they don't hit me and I hope I don't hit her,' but it was really exciting."

Her character, she added with a laugh, "gets put through some real s--- in this movie. But it was really fun."
